Standard Mainland UK Delivery

We send all standard service packages via Hermes. Please allow 2-4 working days for delivery, from the date the order is dispatched. If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left explaining what to do next. Hermes will then take your package to your nearest local postal depot where you can collect it at a time that’s convenient for you.

Next Day delivery 

All express packages are sent via DPD Next Day and will arrive the following working day after dispatch. Awful company - do not use!

Purchased a customised door mat and after a couple of months the print has almost entirely worn off. Website describes it as “coir doormat with hard wearing print” but when I contacted Jucille in customer services she said they shouldn’t really be outside in the rain! Would be good to flag this online pre purchase! She said there was a note in the box mentioning this but it’s too let to tell you once it’s bought as they don’t accept refunds on customised items! I was placated when she said that as a “goodwill gesture” they would send me a replacement but there has been no sign of it and after 5 emails to Jucille, (Ross the owner) and the general customer service email address) they are clearly ignoring me. What an awful company. Hopefully they’ll reply on here to explain themselves. Would give zero if I could!
